MROCC is a certifying body; we do not regulate or oversee particular MROs or Testing Programs. Please do not ask us a

question or make a comment regarding a specific product, a particular drug test result, or a question that would better

be addressed by a certified MRO, a lawyer or a human resource department.

Coast Guard/Navy related questions (drug tests sites, requirements, collection sites, lab issues, etc.) should be

addressed to the Coast Guard at 202-372-1033.

Your questions and comments regarding MRO or MROA Certification will be read and answered accordingly. If you do

not receive a reply within two business days please contact us by telephone at (847) 631.0599.

Use Ask the DOT and Peer-to-Peer forum to seek help with technical, MRO-related or workplace drug testing program

questions. At the Peer-to-Peer forum site you can post and/or read others' MRO questions and comments.
